  1. how is your crawfish seasoned? we love crawfish we have eaten them in Texas,Louisana, Missisippi even Vegas.. In Houston…they have flavors..regular spicy, garlic, and lemon pepper.. we prefer garlic..

This why I wonder how you’ll prepare..I we are planning to visit Austin soon and would love to taste your crawfish.

    • Lupita,
Our crawfish have a little heat but are not super spicy. We use both a liquid and power blend seasoning. The seasoning has hints of cayenne, red pepper and onion. Our boiled crawfish have been described by many of our guests as the best in town. Aimee

  2. How are the sizes running this time of year? The scrawny little ones at Sam’s Boat *SUCK*!!!

    • The crawfish we are currently serving up are in the medium range. We have had not complaints on size

  3. I’ll be there for my birthday tomorrow! Can’t wait!

  4. Ben, We will start serving boiled crawfish Friday Feb 8th at 5 pm.

  5. Where do get the crawfish from?

  6. Anne,
We have done some offsite catering. Usually we have individuals pick up the crawfish at the restaurant. When is the event? How many people?
